American Literature II

 After handing in assigned papers, the movie version of the book will be viewed to bring students up to speed in viewing with how far they are in the reading.  A practice essay will be written in class.  Reading will be assigned.

A discussion over the themes in Huck Finn will be held with examples from the text to support those themes.  Predictions will be made as to the ending of the book.  More of the movie version will be viewed, and the end of the book will be assigned...
