Mr. Swenson > Drawing and Painting

 Drawing and Painting

Drawing and Painting is a course set up to offer the high school student an opportunity to study tw0-dimensional media and processes in more depth.  The course will include both drawing and painting, concentrating on drawing as a finished art form and not just a step towards completion of the idea in another media.  The semester may include some printmaking processes if time allows.  Students will be encouraged to think creatively, yet also looke to works of art from the past and present for inspiration.

A syllabus, which includes class expectations and a grading policy, is posted under lists in the left column.
