In your life you must reduce stress! It can help you live longer, and your life would be so much easier. If you're having a stressful day just lay back and relax. You could take a warm bubble bath, or you could walk on a beach. Just as long as you get the stressful things out of your life.

We do not move enough so we need to find more ways to move.  Here are some ways to move more.  You can take the stairs instead of the elavator, park farther away at stores, take a walk, and many other things.  Remember to move more!

Statisics show that wearing your seatbelt can reduce your chances of dying or getting seriously injured. It is very important to wear your seatbelt. All you have to do is take a few seconds out of your day and buckle up.

A single serving of fresh fruit or veggies every day every day will reduce the risk of having a stoke by 40%. If you don't eat much of fruit or veggies you will have a a higher chance of having a stroke. So if you are smart you would eat enough fruit and veggies everyday.

Drink more water.  It is good for your skin and it helps you avoid constipation.  It may also help you lose weight as we often misinterpret thirst for a food request.

Researchers at Maastricht University in the Netherlands figured out that people who exercise moderatly, like walking, have the highest overall activity levels.  They studied 30 people over two weeks. Vigorous exercise burns more calories, but moderate exercisers are more active.

It was proven that walking up a flight of stairs is an easy way to exercise. It will make you measurably more fit like: heart rate, oxygen uptake, blood lactate levels were reduced. Good cholesterol levels have also increased.

See if the water is clear, clean, and blue.
Listen for cleaning equipment.
Touch the tiles to feel if they are clean or dirty. If they are dirty they are usually slimey.

To increase your fitness level, walk at least ten minutes a day. Even if you are not working out, you can still stay fit by walking. Walking is easy. If you just commit to walking a little bit each day, you will stay fit.

Eating right when you are an athlete is very improtant. Good foods to eat are: frozen fruits and vegetables, a variety of colors, eat large amounts of nutrients, and avoid hydrated oils.

To make sure that you get enough excercise each day you should run, jump rope, or walk for 20 minutes each day. If you do that for a while you will see how much it really helps. You will feel a lot healthier.

The best antioxidant rich foods are cauliflower, peas, and oranges.

A sweeping report on tobacco suggests that depiction of smoking in movies urges teenagers to start smoking. According to this report from the National Cancer Institute, more than 13 billion dollors were spent on smoking-related advertising in 2005. The spending helped to boost overall tobacco use!
        In this report more than 1000 studies on media influence of tobacco use were examined and it came forward at the time when efforts related to keeping young Americans away from smoking have slowed down quit a lot.
Smoking is considered the single-largest cause of preventable deaths in the US and it becomes the cause of more than 350,000 premature deaths every year.
From 1965 to 2006, there was a 21 percent decrease in smoking in the US. However, more than 4,000 young people smoke their first cigarette daily and sadly 1,000 develop the habit to become regular smokers.
