I'm a 1984 graduate from Mankato State University with a major in elementary education and a minor in special education. I continued my graduate classes at Mankato in high/middle school special education.
I have been teaching for 24 years. I taught two years (84-86) at Manilla Community School District, Manilla, IA in 1st and 2nd grade. I taught one year (86-87) in Elmore, MN in a k-12 special education setting before taking a position with the Lakota Elementary and BC-R High School special education programs.
